About the Featured Poet:

Kenn Hunn blurs + toes lines, as is true of nonbinary tradition. A poet, essayist, and artist, their chapbook Gristle has been a semifinalist at both Wolfson Press and Button Poetry. Their nonfiction has been queried by The Pinch, and they have forthcoming work in So It Goes (Kurt Vonnegut Museum & Library), Dogwood Alchemy, Quotidian IV, and Prickly Pear. Kenn is also the host of Indianapolis’s most camp literary gathering, Bimbo Book Club, and the founder of #STFUArtistsCollective

NIGHTJAR creates an inclusive space for all by bringing together spoken-word performers and page-based poets writing in narrative, lyric, and experimental forms. Every third Wednesday, C.S. Carrier and Michelle Niemann host a reading and invite audience members to share their own poetic responses.
