Pogue’s Run Waterway once flowed through the heart of Indianapolis and was a prominent visual landmark in the communities through which it meandered. It has since vanished from our landscape into aqueducts beneath the city. In his project “Charting Pogue’s Run,” artist Sean Derry set out to memorialize our native waterway with a long, blue line and iron markers mapping the stream’s 1831 path.
