DESCRIPTION:Spark Placemaking will return to theThe Indiana State Fair organizing\, managing and staffing a pop-up public space to visitors. This space\, located in the middle of main street across from the Coliseum and next to the grandstands\, will offered a fun and free spot for children and adults to engage in games\, art\, and comfortable seating. In addition this year\, the public can help us paint a mural designed by Indianapolis-based artist\, Emily Gable. See photos from last year here.
