August 1 through October 16\, experience Indianapolis’ most public plaza with new amenities and daily programming via a temporary\, demonstration placemaking project called Spark. Big Car is partnering with The City of Indianapolis\, with funding from the National Endowment for the Artsand the Central Indiana Community Foundation to activate the Circle with free\, low-key\, drop-in games (ping pong\, anyone?)\, music\, bistro-style seating on platforms known as parkets\, conversation\, historical characters\, fitness\, and more\, co-presented by a great roster of partners — starting at 11 a.m. each day. \nFollow @CircleSpark for program alerts.
