Big Car is partnering with The City of Indianapolis\, with funding from the National Endowment for the Artsand the Central Indiana Community Foundation to activate the Circle with free\, low-key\, drop-in games (ping pong\, anyone?)\, music\, bistro-style seating on platforms known as parkets\, conversation\, historical characters\, fitness\, and more\, co-presented by a great roster of partners — starting at 11 a.m. each day. \nFollow @CircleSpark for program alerts.
